15 seconds
15 seconds, thats all you need to take a positive decision. Don't think too hard and make the immensity intimidate you. Take one small step at a time, just 15 seconds. Anyway, thats the approach I use to motivate myself, from Jan this year (nothing to do with 'new' year, just coincidental). I have been able to acheive lot of progress in personal finance and health.
My goal is to run for 40 minutes a day for 6 days a week, at least at 4 mph. Happy to say, I am doing OK. I am averaging 40 minutes a day for 5 days at 4.4 mph. The good news is, the difference is palpable. First to me, I feel much better, happier and healthier. My wife can see I am loosing weight. More importantly, two persons who visited me recently, clearly knew I am loosing weight even though I didn't tell them I am exercising. I am going to keep it up.
First Admission
Congratulation Srinidhi, you got the first admission we applied for you. You will be going to UCUMC Weekday School starting in September. Apparently it is a bit difficult to get in for a non-member. We took the tour, we think you are going to enjoy. Apparently it is one of the best schools in Charlotte and good bit of competition to get in. We are also very happy that it is the nearest school from our home.
