Hilton lake

There is very nice board walk around the artificial lake nearby. The walk around the lake is a mile and a half. Several restaurents and lot of people. We affectionately call it the Hilton lake (there is big Hilton Hotel).

We frequent the place. Lot of ducks and geese in the water. We went there today, we did not take any pictures. The pictures below are from same place a year and half back, Srinidhi was only 3 months old !

Last year's Pongal

Last year, we had our closest friends next to us for Pongal. Sridhar, Vidya, Vasu, Prashanthi and Koushik were here. That was Srinidhi's first Pongal.

Veena is planning this year's Pongal for this weekend. We are going to miss our dear friends Sridhar, Vidya and Koushik who are in India now and Prashanthi who is in Philly.

At Park

Several months back, once we showed him how volleyball is played. As soon as he saw the net, he insisted we lift him to throw the ball over the net.

Weather was so good. We went to the Park.

We have this 'lawn mower' for a while now. Suddenly Srinidhi is interested in 'mowing' the lawn!
